- Buyers can cancel the order placed within 48 hours to avoid any cancellation charges.
- However, if you place a cancellation request after 48 hours of placing an order, a nominal cancellation fee, i.e., 10% of the total order value will apply. Also, in case of any order cancellation with customised designs, – an extra 5% will be charged to the entire order value.
- Goods that are defective or do not comply with any part of the Contract, must be reported to the Seller within 48 hours of delivery with appropriate pictures of any defects.
